As the industry moved forward and technology advanced, it became clear that our customers no longer required only telephone system expertise, but needed support with the underlying network and everything that comes with it: security, WAN, networking expertise…

Thus ackio was born – a branch of the business dedicated to rapid remote support, networking, development, automation and security.
